I'm really really back .. really!

I've been a one-man beehive of Drupal and web dev activity these last few months, with (mostly smallish) Drupal projects lined up like 747s at Heathrow.
At the moment I'm at various stages of inception to near-completion with 7 projects -- that's a lot of project. Absurd, really, as noise-to-signal goes way up with so many projects - all that juggling generates lots of friction.
